All-Clad Copper-Core Dutch Oven All-Clad's beautiful Dutch oven features a patented 5-ply bonded design to maximize heat conductivity and responsiveness. It features an exterior and interior cooking surface made of 18/10 stainless steel that is bonded to aluminum on both sides, which is bonded to the copper core. The Dutch oven also promotes easy stirring with its round bottom, and it has a domed stainless steel lid that allows flavors to be locked inside the pot. When used without the lid the wide top of the pot allows for a final reduction to intensify flavors. This oven is ideal for use on any cooktop, including induction. It is also oven and broiler safe.
